Insurance
ProMove PT Pain Specialists is out-of-network with all insurance companies. Depending on the plan you have with your insurance provider, you may have out-of-network benefits, which the cost of these appointments can be applied to. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company to determine what your out-of-network benefits are.
After your appointment, within 24-48 hours, you will receive a super-bill that you will submit to your insurance provider to receive any reimbursement based on your insurance plan.
Because we are out-of-network, all fees are due at the time of service. If you have any questions regarding the cost please email us at (provide email here). Please email or call the clinic to inquire about the cost per visit.
Payment
Cash, check, and credit cards are all acceptable forms of payment. A credit card will still be stored securely even if payments for appointments are made with a cash or check.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice if you cancel or reschedule an appointment otherwise you will be charged for a full session. You will receive an email or text reminder prior to your appointment. In some circumstances the fee may be waived, but this will be on a case-by-case basis.
